Principal Director

Sundararaman Natarajan

Natarajan founded Camford Law and is its Principal Director. He read law at Cambridge University and began his legal career as a corporate lawyer in Drew & Napier's banking and corporate practice. A chartered accountant and management accountant, he spent more than a decade in finance and accounting in Asia before turning to law. Today he advises on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and Singapore corporate and securities regulation.

Joanna Teng

Director

Joanna acts on share and asset acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments, often guiding clients from the first look at a business through to completion. She also advises fintech businesses, including crowdfunding platforms, payment providers, P2P lenders and blockchain companies, and variable capital companies on their corporate and regulatory matters.
